Bob & Cindi:

We didn't know Diana but if she was anything like you Cindi, I'm sure we would have loved her. God is faithful and he will give you the comfort and strength you need when you need it. What a comfort to know you will see her again. It's not goodbye -- but rather "We'll see you soon." We are praying for you.

With Sadness,

Diana, I will always remember how thoughtful and caring you were when I first joined the AR program. You shared and taught me alot on one of the very difficult calls we had. The world has lost a very beautiful soul, but God has gained a very wonderful one. Blessings to your family and friends as they deal with the loss of you in their lives. You will shine through in your little ones as they grow up. Carole

Dear Diana Hontz family, We are deeply sorry for your great loss! Things that we remember about Diana are: working with her in the work room at Paseo Verde Elementary, always smiling and so friendly, Diana leading my nephews' drum corp group at CCOJ, full of spunk and then of course her dedication to the Surprise AR department. She will be deeply missed by all, but none more than you.

I am saddened by the news of Diana as we were good friends at Amphitheater High School and best friends at ASU. We were both there for each other's ups and downs and as life has it we lost touched with each other in 1988. I think of her often wondering where she might be only to learn she has passed on without having the chance to say I have missed you and thought of you often.

With much from the bottom of my heart.

My Dearest Diana,
I have loved you ever since I knew I was carrying you! The first time I saw your beautiful little face and sparkling blue eyes I knew that you would always be my "Special Angel Baby". Even though you have gone to live with our Savior Jesus Christ in the place He has prepared for you in Heaven, you will always be alive in my heart. May God take care of you until we meet again in His kingdom and are together in peace for eternity. I love you so very much!

Diana was always a joy to be around and I enjoyed getting to know her. I remember one time when we all got together for the holiday event and she helped with the set-up. She seemed to be enjoying the event and made my life a lot easier.
I know that your great strength, family and friends will help you at this time of loss.
Remember that "Those who live in the hearts of others never die."
Keeping you in our thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Kelsey and Josh/Steve.
I wanted to write and let you know that we are praying for you guys as you deal with the grief of losing your mom/wife. Life has lots of questions and as you spend the next few days/years trying to put the puzzle together there will be pieces missing that you will never find. Treasure the great moments you had together and give thanks for a God who gracefully holds us all. I join the many people surrounding you...offering you prayers, hugs and love.
Wish I could be there.

Steve, Josh, Kelsey and extended family:

I will always remember your beautiful wife and mother for the deep love she had for her family; her limitless kindness toward others; her tireless efforts to benefit the staff and children of Paseo Verde elementary; her intellect, and her unique nature to share every ounce of her being.

I will long remember Diana's beautiful smile with her long hair (usually red)! flowing as she walked the neighborhood with your little dog, Peanut.

Although she blessed us for just a short time, her kindness and love for humanity will live on through each of you.

Please know we are thinking of you constantly, praying for you and your mom, and thanking God for placing her in our lives for the time she was. She will be missed by so many of us.

Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you, anytime.

Steve, Josh and Kelsey,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and we pray that you find some measure of peace and comfort in the promise of the resurrection. This week has brought some fond memories to mind: hiking with Diana and the kids in the White Tanks; watching Diana play with the puppies before you took Peanut home; and watching her enjoy the "premiers" when the kids made a new movie! Diana's smile is amazing and she will be greatly missed.

God's Blessings Be With You,
